Stupid lectures timing spoil my usual routine of morning jog. Feel so guilty for not running.... Though it's just one day. I could have burn like 500cal from my 10km jog >:(
I know I sound ridiculous but I think am really addicted to running and it's not a v good thing coz I can feel my knee and ankle giving way soon. Am so scared but I just can't give up on this.
Actually I've been jogging for like 2 years alr but this period seems so hardcore lol. Must be coz of the unhappiness caused by exams which resulted in this! Running clears my mind and give me peace I love it. Hahahah oh well kthxbye.
