Life is full of regrets, letting opportunities slip through your own fingers, blowing up your own chance yourself.

I really need to understand this- "if you want sth so badly at that point in time, go all out, try your best and get it." So you won't look back in the future and regret not doing it, not getting it. Coz yknow, it's all that you want.
